On the face, directly inferior to the pupil (eyes looking forward), at the same level as the inferior border of the ala of the nose — lateral to LI20.
Nasal congestion, heaviness and pressure in the cheekbones, tension of the facial muscles, discomfort in the upper teeth.
Small circular movements with the fingertip of the middle finger for 30-45 seconds on both sides, moderate pressure.
