Stomach meridian
In the anterior region of the neck, at the same level as the inferior border of the cricoid cartilage, at the anterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle (between ST9 and ST11).
Tightness or a lump-like sensation in the throat, hoarseness, scratchy throat and dry cough.
Light downward stroking with the fingertip for 15-20 seconds only, one side at a time.
Area of the large neck vessels: no strong or prolonged pressure and never both sides at once; stop immediately if you feel dizzy, hear ringing, or the pulse slows.
