On the head, anterior and superior to the root of the auricle, posterior to the temple hairline, where the superficial temporal artery pulsates — above and in front of Ermen (SJ21).
Gently supports temporal headache, ringing in the ears, and tension around the jaw and temple.
With a finger pad find the soft depression at the root of the ear and make light circles for 30-60 seconds on each side.
The superficial temporal artery runs nearby: if you feel a pulse under the finger, move slightly forward or back and do not press hard.
