Anterior midline vessel (Conception Vessel)
On the lower abdomen, on the anterior median line, 1 cun below the centre of the umbilicus.
Coolness and bloating low in the abdomen, a feeling of weakness in the pelvic area, discomfort in the days before the cycle.
Place a warm palm on the lower abdomen and make soft circles for 1-2 minutes; point pressure stays light, on the out-breath, 20-30 seconds.
Lower abdomen: do not use during pregnancy. Keep the pressure superficial and not straight after a meal.
