On the midline of the abdomen, 4 cun below the navel (1 cun above the pubic bone).
Discomfort in the lower abdomen, frequent urges, support for the pelvic area.
Warm palm plus light pressure for 1–2 minutes.
Do not use during pregnancy; if pain is accompanied by fever, see a doctor.
