On the upper abdomen, on the anterior median line, 5 cun above the centre of the umbilicus (1 cun above REN12 Zhongwan).
Nausea, belching, a full feeling high in the pit of the stomach, discomfort after eating in a hurry.
Soft downward strokes and clockwise circles with the finger pads for 1 minute; best 1-2 hours after a meal.
Do not press deeply under the costal arch; if you feel a pulse under your fingers, ease off or move aside.
