On the anterolateral aspect of the arm, just lateral to the border of the biceps brachii muscle, 4 B-cun inferior to the anterior axillary fold - 1 B-cun below LU3 and 5 B-cun above the cubital crease.
Gently eases a dry cough and short breath, a squeezed feeling in the chest, and a dull ache running down the front-inner side of the arm.
Hold the upper arm with the opposite hand and press with the thumb pad for 45-60 seconds, then knead in small circles; repeat on the other arm.
