On the tibial aspect of the leg, inferior to the medial condyle of the tibia, in the depression 1 B-cun posterior to SP9 (Yinlingquan).
Gently supports an aching inner edge of the knee, stiffness after long sitting and a heavy feeling in the leg when walking.
Sit with the knee slightly bent. Press into the depression with the pad of the thumb and make small circles for 1 minute on each leg.
