On the medial aspect of the thigh, 3 B-cun inferior to ST30 (Qichong), at the lateral border of the adductor longus muscle - about 2 B-cun lateral to the anterior median line; the pulsation of the artery may be felt here.
Gently supports a heavy, distended feeling in the lower abdomen and tension in the groin and inner thigh.
Lying on the back with the knees bent, rest the finger pads on the muscle and hold gentle, superficial pressure for 30-60 seconds on each side, breathing calmly.
The point overlies the femoral vessels and inguinal lymph nodes: do not press deeply, and if you feel a pulse under the fingers move 1-2 cm aside. Do not use during pregnancy.
