On the medial aspect of the foot, inferior to the medial malleolus, 1 B-cun inferior to Taixi (KI3), in the depression anterior and superior to the medial tubercle of the calcaneal tuberosity.
Gently supports pulling sensations in the lower abdomen during menstruation and a feeling of weakness in the heel and arch of the foot.
With the pad of the thumb find the depression and press gently with slow circles for 1-2 minutes on each foot.
