In the anterior thoracic region, in the first intercostal space, 2 B-cun lateral to the anterior median line.
Tightness below the collarbone, shallow breathing, a feeling of mucus gathering in the chest.
Light pressure with the fingertip and soft circles for 30-45 seconds on each side.
Do not press deeply — the point lies over the apex of the lung; use light, superficial pressure only.
