Heaviness in the chest, anxious shallow breathing, a dry cough.
Gentle pressure with the fingertip and small circles for 30-45 seconds on each side.
Do not press deeply — the ribs and lung lie beneath; use light, superficial pressure only. Women should not press on breast tissue.
