Kidney meridian
In the lower abdomen, 1 B-cun inferior to the centre of the umbilicus, 0.5 B-cun lateral to the anterior median line (level with REN7 Yinjiao).
A feeling of stagnation and tension around the navel, sluggish bowels, discomfort during menstruation.
Gentle clockwise circles with the fingertips around the navel for 1-2 minutes, breathing into the belly.
Do not use during pregnancy.
