In the lower abdomen, 2 B-cun inferior to the centre of the umbilicus, 0.5 B-cun lateral to the anterior median line (level with REN5 Shimen).
Bloating and a feeling of distension in the lower abdomen, pulling discomfort during menstruation.
Gentle circular movements with the pads of two fingers for 1 minute on each side, without pressing deeply.
Do not use during pregnancy.
