Kidney meridian
In the lower abdomen, 4 B-cun inferior to the centre of the umbilicus, 0.5 B-cun lateral to the anterior median line (level with REN3 Zhongji).
A feeling of cold and weakness in the lower abdomen, pulling discomfort during menstruation.
Place a warm palm on the lower abdomen and press gently with the fingertips for 1-2 minutes, breathing calmly.
Do not use during pregnancy. Do not press with a full bladder.
