Location

In the lower abdomen, 5 B-cun inferior to the centre of the umbilicus, 0.5 B-cun lateral to the anterior median line — at the upper border of the pubic symphysis, level with REN2 (Qugu).

What it helps with

Gently supports a feeling of heaviness and tension in the very lower abdomen.

How to work on it

With a warm palm or two fingers apply very gentle pressure with slow circles for 1 minute, on the exhale.

Caution

Do not use during pregnancy. Do not press with a full bladder — visit the bathroom first.
