Gallbladder meridian
On the dorsum of the foot, between the 4th and 5th metatarsals, just proximal to their heads — between GB41 and GB43.
Swollen, tired feet, ringing in the ears, breast tenderness before the period.
Stroke along the groove between the bones from the toes towards the ankle for 30–45 seconds.
Classical texts advise against moxibustion on this point — keep to pressure and rubbing.
