On the outer knee, in the depression above the lateral epicondyle of the femur, between the biceps femoris tendon and the iliotibial band — 3 cun above GB34.
Pain on the outer side of the knee, stiffness after running, clicking of the joint on bending.
Thumb pressure for 45–60 seconds with the knee bent about 90°.
