In the back, on the posterior median line, in the depression inferior to the spinous process of the ninth thoracic vertebra (T9).
Tight, gripped back muscles, tension after exertion or stress, stiffness when bending and turning.
Roll over a ball against a wall for 60-90 seconds with slow exhalations, then rub along the spine with the palms for 30 seconds.
