Inside the mouth, at the junction of the frenulum of the upper lip and the upper gum (the last point of the channel, linking it with the Conception Vessel).
Discomfort and tightness in the gums, dry mouth, a stuffy feeling in the nose.
With the tip of the tongue or a freshly washed finger, touch the upper lip frenulum very lightly for 10-15 seconds, 1-2 times.
The point is inside the mouth on the thin lip frenulum: clean hands only and no force. Do not use with inflamed gums, sores or mouth ulcers; not suitable for children, as the frenulum is easily injured.
