Posterior midline vessel (governing)
On the face, on the midline, at the midpoint of the upper lip tubercle, where the philtrum meets the vermilion border of the lip.
Dry mouth and lips, a blocked nose, tension around the mouth; often used together with the point in the philtrum.
With clean hands, light fingertip pressure on the upper lip tubercle for 15-20 seconds, 2-3 times.
The point sits at the skin-mucosa border: touch only with clean hands; do not use with cracks, cold sores or inflammation on the lip.
