On the head, on the anterior median line, 3.5 cun above the anterior hairline, 1.5 cun anterior to Baihui (DU20) at the vertex.
Heaviness at the crown and forehead, headache with overtiredness, a blocked nose.
Light vertical pressure or tapping with the fingertips for 30-45 seconds.
Do not use in children under 2 years: the skull bones have not yet closed. In adults keep the pressure light.
