On the head, on the posterior median line, in the depression superior to the external occipital protuberance, 2.5 cun above the posterior hairline.
Heaviness at the back of the head, tension after long screen work, a foggy-headed feeling.
Gentle thumb-pad pressure into the bony depression above the occipital protuberance for 30-45 seconds, shoulders dropped.
Occipital area: keep the pressure gentle, do not jerk the head; stop if you feel dizzy.
