On the head, 4 cun superior to the anterior hairline and 1.5 cun lateral to the anterior median line (slightly in front of the vertex, DU20).
Nasal congestion and reduced sense of smell, heaviness or pain at the vertex.
Fingertip pressure with a slight rocking motion for 45-60 seconds, breathing calmly.
Do not use on children under 2: this is the area of the cranial sutures and fontanelle.
