On the lateral aspect of the foot, in the depression proximal to the 5th metatarsophalangeal joint, at the border between the dorsal and plantar skin.

What it helps with

Neck stiffness and heaviness at the back of the head, pain along the outer edge of the foot.

How to work on it

Press with the pad of the thumb for 45 seconds, 2-3 rounds.
