On the lateral aspect of the foot, below the anterior border of the fibular trochlea of the calcaneus, in the depression lateral to the cuboid bone.
Sharp pain along the outer edge of the foot, cramping sensations in the foot, acute lower-back tension.
Point pressure with the pad of the thumb for 30-45 seconds.
