On the posterolateral aspect of the leg, between the fibula and the calcaneal (Achilles) tendon, 3 cun above BL60 — that is, 3 cun above the level of the lateral malleolus.
Ankle stiffness, heel pain, tension along the outer side of the lower leg.
Squeeze the area between bone and tendon with thumb and index finger for 45 seconds.
