Bladder meridian
On the upper back, level with the lower border of the spinous process of the 2nd thoracic vertebra, 3 cun lateral to the posterior midline (near the medial border of the scapula).
Stiff neck and upper back, a chilled, 'draughty' feeling between the shoulder blades.
With a ball against the wall or with a helper for 60-90 seconds, shoulders relaxed.
