On the back of the knee, on the popliteal crease, on the medial side of the biceps femoris tendon — lateral to BL40.
Stiffness behind the knee, puffiness and heaviness in the legs, lower-back tension.
Gentle thumb pressure for 30-45 seconds with the knee slightly bent.
Do not press deep into the popliteal fossa — vessels and a nerve run there; skip the point if there are varicose veins.
