Bladder meridian
On the back of the knee, 1 cun above the popliteal crease, on the medial side of the biceps femoris tendon (directly above BL39).
Stiffness and tension behind the knee, cramping sensations along the back of the thigh.
Bend the knee slightly, find the tendon and press gently beside it for 30-45 seconds.
Do not press deep into the popliteal fossa — vessels and a nerve run there; skip the point if there are varicose veins.
