In the sacral region, in the first (uppermost) posterior sacral foramen — in the depression between the posterior superior iliac spine and the median sacral crest.
Pulling sensations in the sacrum and lower back, discomfort in the lower abdomen during menstruation.
With a warm palm or a ball against the wall: gentle pressure with rubbing for 60-90 seconds.
Do not use during pregnancy.
