Bladder meridian
In the sacral region, at the level of the 2nd posterior sacral foramen, 1.5 cun lateral to the median sacral crest.
Dull heaviness in the sacrum, tension of the lumbosacral area, discomfort with frequent urination.
Rub with the palm or fist to a soft warmth for 60-90 seconds.
Do not use during pregnancy: the point is on the sacrum.
