Location

1.5 cun to the side of the spinous process of the 7th thoracic vertebra (at the level of the inferior angles of the scapulae).

What it helps with

Hiccups, diaphragm spasm, 'blood stagnation' in TCM, shallow breathing.

How to work on it

With a ball against the wall or with a helper for 60-90 seconds.
